BEFORE YOUR WEDDING
1. Check your wedding date availability by leaving an enquiry. I will generally reply within 24-48 hours.
2. To secure your date a 20% deposit and signed contract is required.
3. Ensure the venue provides a dedicated table and chair for setup. I will arrive before the guests to set up my station and be ready to begin.
THE WEDDING DAY
1. Guests approach the illustration station.
2. I take quick photos of the guests.
3. I complete the artwork in a few minutes.
4. Guests are encouraged to relax and chat, as the process is interactive rather than a formal posing session.
AFTER YOUR WEDDING
1. Any illustrations not finished during the event will be completed by the artist and sent to you or the guests afterward.
2. You can choose to have guests take their portraits at the event, or you can collect them and distribute them as thank-you gifts later.
FAQ’S
DO YOU REQUIRE AN UPFRONT PAYMENT TO BOOK?
I require a 20% deposit upfront to secure your date and the remaining balance won’t be due until the week before your wedding.
YOU'RE LOCATED IN SOUTH SYDNEY, CAN YOU TRAVEL TO MY WEDDING?
Travel up to 50km to your wedding venue is included in the pricing. If your venue is further than 50km away, a travel fee will apply. This will be discussed prior to booking
HOW MANY HOURS DO YOU PAINT AT MY EVENT?
I will arrive 1 hour before your wedding to set up. I will paint through your reception as entertainment for your guests and will paint for a total of about 5-7 hours.
WHAT TYPE OF MEDIUM DO YOU USE?
I illustrate with fine artist quality copic markers on thick copic paper. The illustration will have your wedding label printed and be handed out in a protective plastic sleeve.
