BEFORE YOUR WEDDING
Check your wedding date by leaving an enquiry. I typically respond within 24–48 hours.
To secure your date, a 50% deposit and signed contract are required.
THE WEDDING DAY
I arrive before the ceremony to paint the background and then capture the reference photos based on your wedding timeline.
I then begin painting during the reception, allowing your guests to watch the artwork come to life as live entertainment. I typically paint for a total of 4–8 hours.
By the end of the evening, the painting will be near complete. I will present it to you before leaving and coordinate with your photographer/videographer to capture the moment if desired.
AFTER YOUR WEDDING
The painting is taken to my studio for final touches and a protective layer of varnish. This process typically takes 4-12 weeks, depending on the painting’s size and detail.
Once complete, the painting will be professionally packaged, framed and delivered. Local pick-up can also be arranged.

CAN I ADD ADDITIONAL PEOPLE OR GUESTS TO MY PAINTING?
Absolutely! Additional people can be added through my website for an extra cost. I’ll capture as much as I can on the wedding day, with any additional details finished after the wedding.
DO YOU REQUIRE AN UPFRONT PAYMENT TO BOOK?
I require a 50% deposit upfront to secure your date. The remaining balance will be due two weeks prior to your wedding day.
YOU'RE LOCATED IN SYDNEY, CAN YOU TRAVEL TO MY WEDDING?
Travel up to 50km to your wedding venue is included in the pricing. If your venue is further than 50km away, a travel fee will apply. This will be discussed prior to booking.
I HAVE A SPECIFIC IDEA IN MIND. WILL WE MEET TO GO OVER DETAILS PRIOR TO MY WEDDING?
Once your wedding is booked, I’ll contact you around 8 weeks before your wedding date with a Google Form to gather all the details I need for your painting, including your vision, preferred moment, backdrop and setup.
