Package 2: The Signature Experience

Designed for cocktail hour and reception celebrations, capturing the energy and joy of the evening.

Coverage: 4 hours

Guest Capacity: Up to 45 guests

Illustration Size: A6 on premium paper

Complimentary: A5 illustration of the newlyweds, created from a favorite photo and delivered

Package 3: The Grand Celebration

Created for larger wedding receptions, allowing most of your loved ones to take home a keepsake on the night.

Coverage: 5 hours

Guest Capacity: Up to 55 guests

Illustration Size: A6 on premium paper

Complimentary: A5 illustration of the newlyweds, created from a favorite photo and delivered

Additional Guests

Have more guests? Additional illustrations can be added for $17 per guest.

For celebrations with more than 55 guests, we offer an Extended Celebration Package, where the remaining guest illustrations are completed in the studio after your wedding. Each piece is professionally finished, beautifully packaged, and delivered to you (additional fees apply for postage).

HOW IT WORKS?

BEFORE YOUR WEDDING

  1. Check your wedding date availability by submitting an enquiry. I typically respond within 24–48 hours.

  2. To secure your date, a 25% deposit and signed contract are required.

  3. Please ensure your venue provides a dedicated table and chair for setup. I will arrive before guests to prepare my station and be ready to begin.

THE WEDDING DAY

  1. Guests visit the illustration station throughout the celebration.

  2. I take a quick reference photo of each guest or group.

  3. Each illustration is completed in just a few minutes.

  4. Guests are welcome to relax and enjoy the process - it’s interactive and fun, rather than a formal posing session.

AFTER YOUR WEDDING

  1. Any illustrations not completed during the event will be finished in the studio and sent to you.

  2. You may choose for guests to take their portraits home on the night or collect them to gift later as thank-you keepsakes.

FAQ’S

DO YOU REQUIRE AN UPFRONT PAYMENT TO BOOK?

I require a 25% deposit upfront to secure your date. The remaining balance will be due two weeks prior to your wedding day.

YOU'RE LOCATED IN SOUTH SYDNEY, CAN YOU TRAVEL TO MY WEDDING?

Travel up to 50km to your wedding venue is included in the pricing. If your venue is further than 50km away, a travel fee will apply. This will be discussed prior to booking

WHAT DO I NEED TO PROVIDE AT THE VENUE?

A: A dedicated table and chair for my setup. I’ll bring all necessary materials and arrive early to be ready before your guests arrive.

HOW MANY GUESTS CAN YOU ILLUSTRATE?

Packages vary from 20 to 55 guests during the event. For larger weddings, extra illustrations can be completed in the studio afterward.
